We have been alerted that some of our participants have received emails from a company called Global Travel Team claiming to offer accommodation in Brno.

This company is not affiliated with the Polyglot Gathering in any way.
Do not respond to these emails or provide any personal details.
We believe it is a scam.

It looks like they are using publicly available contacts.
Polyglot Gathering has not provided participants’ email addresses to this or any other company, we are not publishing participants’ email addresses online. When registering, you can choose whether your name appears in the public list of participants. If you opt out, your name will not be shown publicly. You can change this setting at any time using the registration edit link that was sent to you by email.

Please note that no hotel or agency will contact you regarding accommodation for the event.
